Children's Ministry

The purpose of the Planet Kidz Children's Ministry at Rising Star is to partner with parents in laying a biblical foundation for the salvation and discipleship of our children through Bible teaching and creative programing.

Regular programs include Sunday Morning “Blast-Off” Service at 9:30 a.m. during “Star” Academy and Sunday Evening “Xploration” Academy at 6:00 p.m. during the  New Horizons Worship Service.

Sunday Mornings

  • Planet Kidz "Blast Off" Service at 9:30 a.m. during "Star" Academy (Grades Pre-K - 6)
  • MyFaith "Sunday Academy" from 9:30 a.m. (Grades 7 - 12)
Sunday Evenings
  • Planet Kidz "Xploration" Academy from 6:00 p.m. to 7:15 p.m. during New Horizons Worship Service (Grades Pre-K - 6)
Wednesday Evenings
  • MyFaith "Get Lifted" Midweek Service at 7:00 p.m. during Adult Bible Study (Grades 7-12 and College)
